 I see many women hitting the gym doing the same shit week after week, with no plan or progression. I LOVE that you are in the gym… now let me help you feel, look and move BETTER with some progressive overload! 

What does Smart Strength 2.0 involve?

Smart Strength 2.0  uses a variety of basic equipment and intelligent methods in order to help women get STRONG. If you like going to the gym with a plan, and are crunched for time this 10 Week plan will work for you. Smart Strength 2.0 Gym Edition has been SPECIFICALLY DESIGNED to be done at the gym.

In my professional experience, I believe there are several integral components that together combine to create a successful female strength training program:

  1. 3 total body lifting days. Monday/ Wednesday /Friday or Tuesday/ Thursday /Saturday sound like great options to me!
  2. I am all about the minimum effective dosage and 35min-1 hr per session is all you need.
  3. Workouts comprised of multi-joint compound movements that give you the most bang for your buck. We want that metabolism revving!
  4. Lifting weights that are actually challenging with correct form. You will learn to select the appropriate levels of resistance: able to complete 8 repetitions successfully but not more than 12 with ease. You need to work HARD and SMART or you aren’t actually doing the program justice.

Smart Strength 2.0 Gym Edition is a 10-week online training program that you can start anytime and take to the gym with you.

Smart Strength is an entirely online program that gives you the flexibility to work out wherever and whenever you want. If you were to train with me in-person three-times a week for 10 weeks, you would pay $3,000. Smart Strength offers all of my knowledge and guidance for just $67.

“I LOVE the program and your 100% correct, my ass hurts!.  It’s interesting because I have never done a very intentional warm up and I really think it keeps you from getting injured (duh!).  In the past I have just done some quick stretching and I have not felt great after lifting weights the next day sometimes. Maybe because of form, but with all your direction and the warm up I feel even better the next day. Hi. I’m Stacey!

After 15 years in the fitness industry, I now run my own semi-private personal training business within the largest yoga studio in Boston. I am an ACSM Certified Personal Trainer, hold my Russian Kettlebell Certification, and am also a Registered Yoga Teacher through the National Yoga Alliance. For over a decade, I have helped thousands of women achieve their fitness and health goals. I focus on strength training with a strong emphasis on postural integrity and alignment. This, paired with solid nutritional education, create the foundation for my clients’ success. Not only do my clients learn to move properly, gain strength, and eliminate pain, they learn to listen to their bodies. Because of my diverse experiences as a collegiate athlete, professional figure competitor, and avid yogi, I am able to help others attain their fitness and nutrition goals.
