This past week was international puppy day and as you know I LOVE me some Tater!
This Wednesday he will be 2 years old…its crazy how time flies!

  I also love handstands and seeing as there are endless ways to progress them, here is the latest!

 
Who doesn’t love pizza?!?
Along with Amanda Perry of Sistas of Strength the brown rice tortilla pizza was born!
This Friday I used Apple Chardonnay Chicken Sausage and broccoli, sometimes it’s leftover shredded chicken and kale…the options are endless 🙂
I am no Betty Crocker, so this recipe is as easy as they come.

Friday Night Personal Pizzas

-1 Brown Rice Tortilla
-2-3 TBSP Marinara Sauce of your choice ( I like Rao’s)
-1/4 cup sharp cheddar cheese / goat cheese / yogurt cheese
-toppings of your choice
Bake in the oven at 425 for 10-12 minutes.
Cut into 4 slices and ENJOY a wheat-free pizza that is INEXPENSIVE AND TASTY.
