The kettlebell figure 8 to hold is one of the most “FUN” kettlebell exercises out there. In order to add this exercise to your repertoire there are a few things to consider. Check out the video below!

With the weather in Boston reaching the 80’s this week, I found myself REALLY wanting to be outside as much as possible. I highly recommend getting outside for some vitamin D and a good ole sweat sesh. Working out should be FUN above all else…don’t forget that 🙂
