Priorities¬†shifted for awhile, but I am making a comeback ūüôā
Last week I returned back to work full-time and it was AMAZING.

I freaking LOVE my job and I LOVE my new baby :))))
I want to send a HUGE THANK YOU to my husband¬†Anthony¬†for holding the fort down for the past 2 months while I was at home. I don’t know what me and all of my kick-ass clients would have done without him! (I will however,¬†continue to give him a hard time about his inability to deal with sleep deprivation :0)
For most of us Summer is BUUUUSSSSSYYYY. ¬†The¬†kids are home from school or being carted back and forth from camp, vacations scattered here and there,¬†BBQ’s and celebrations every other weekend, lots of traveling and very little consistency. Whether you realize it or not, many of you could use a community to help hold you accountable when it comes to taking care of yourself. ¬†Personally I know I THRIVE on being held accountable¬†SO (perhaps somewhat selfishly :))¬†I¬†am offering a FREE ONLINE FACEBOOK GROUP¬†that is built¬†around daily community support! ¬†I will be sharing workouts, recovery tips,¬†recipes, nutrition¬†reminders and of course lots of baby Julia +¬†Tater selfies BAHHAHAHAHAHA.
