The results speak for themselves!
The gender, age and activity level of all these clients is different! They took my recommendations and created the foundation for a sustainable way of eating and exercising that would give THEM the results they were looking for. All of these clients ate MORE and exercised LESS then they ever thought possible, in order to achieve these results.
This past month of online group nutrition coaching was a HUGE SUCCESS. New people, new group dynamic and a sense of community and support that was awesome to witness.  I am so thankful for the opportunity to help them get started on their journey to sustainable nutrition.
