Free Workouts Galore + Happy Thanksgiving!

HAPPY THANKSGIVING!!!

I like to say that some movement is better than nothing especially on a day like today! So here are a few options for you to get moving before spending quality time with family and friends.

All you need is one kettlebell for this SIMPLE + SWEATY workout.

Swings-20

Power Cleans-15

Squats-10

Repeat for 10-15 minutes resting as needed.

 

TOTAL BODY STRENGTH

WARM-UP
1) Leg Whips- 10,10
2) Side Plank with Abduction- 10,10
3) World’s Greatest- 3/side
4) Lateral Heidens- 16
Repeat 2x

TRI SET #1
A) Bent Over Row ( in line lunge stance)- 8,8
B) Reverse Lunge to Single Leg Deadlift – 6,6
C) Pushup with Upper Back Activation- 10
Repeat 3x

TRI SET #2
A) Turkish Get Up- 3,3
B) Goblet Squat + Bicep Curl- 8
C) Dead Snatch- 8,8
Repeat 3x

 

BODYWEIGHT BLASTER
This Total Body Training Session is meant to be done in your house or outside!
All you need is a couch/stair and a chair and you are good to go 🙂

TRI SET #1
A) Single Leg Bridge (foot elevated)- 10,10
B) Alternating Lateral Lunges (fast)-16
C) Sliding Mountain Climbers-20
3x

TRI SET #2
A) Split Squat Jump- 8,8
B) Feet Elevated Pushup-8
C) Face The Wall Squat- 10
3x

TRI SET #3
A) Plyometric Step Up- 10,10
B) Drop Squats- 10
C) Lateral Bear Crawls- 20
3x

SHORT + SWEET TURKEY DAY CARDIO FLOW
(you will need a bench, a jump rope, a light kettlebell, set of dumbbells)

:30 seconds of work, :15 seconds of rest

1) Lateral Bench Hops
2) Jump Rope High Knees
3) Open Hand Kettlebell Clean
4) Squat to Overhead Press

Repeat 5-6 times (or for 10-15 minutes)
