This week is Thanksgiving and the start of the holiday season. I LOVE FOOD and know first hand that this can easily become the start of overeating, stressing, lack of sleep, and under activity.

I care about you and want to give you simple tools (like free at-home workouts) for you to stress less and enjoy more. Life is about Progress, not Perfection + FUN. I thought about how I could help you and came up with “Steer Clear of the Holidaze.”
