Personal Training Options

All in-person sessions with me are located at South Boston Yoga 1st floor Aerial Studio, 36 West Broadway, South Boston. Conveniently located directly across from the Red Line Broadway T stop.

What to expect when training with Stacey:

  • An initial Functional Movement Screen to pinpoint weaknesses and establish a baseline in order to track tangible progress.
  • A static postural evaluation in order to pinpoint the source of nagging injuries.
  • An overall health assessment (i.e. thorough review of your current/past health, current food log, and exercise experience).

In addition to your customized routine I will teach foam rolling and Trigger Point Performance techniques and counsel you on proper nutritional habits.

Together with your own specific goals, these assessments are used to create a CUSTOMIZED strength training plan to get you the results you want.

Semi-Private Training (most popular option)

Semi-Private Training is an affordable option with all the benefits of private training only shared with a group (semi-private groups are never larger than 4 people).

One-on-One Training

Recommended for those with little to no prior strength training knowledge as well as those who have some sort of nagging pain that prevents them from exercising with confidence on their own.

Whether we are working together privately or in a group setting, sessions must be purchased in packages of 5 or 10 which allows us the time frame necessary to get you well on your way to achieving your goals.
